Dita famous for make the simple strip hot and sexy is designing bras, knickers and corsets for Wonderbra.  It is not the first time as she has modelled and designed a range previously it can be found on sites such as Littlewoods.

In today’s economy luxuries have been cut but spending on knickers has raised – YIPEE – people staying in so The Underwearqueen predicts a baby boom in 9 months too.  Also sex toys have risen in sales !!!! Which is great too.  Staying in is the new going out – and what fun is happening.

Hello boys – Dita Von Teese shows off her latest lingerie offering

Dita Von Teese

Her collection is a combination of 1950s shapes and 1940s fabrics and is her first line of designed garments for which she is famous for – what a waist Dita has.   Dita just loves the 1940-50’s fashion which she used as inspiration for her new range.    The pieces include a mixture of suspenders, thongs and bras, which Von Teese says are so comfortable that she wears them regularly.

She admits her current incarnation as the face of Wonderbra is a dream come true, “I’ve always wanted to do something with lingerie and it was important for the finished product to be something I would wear myself.”

She has her detractors, after all, removing most of her clothes on stage means `a lot of people think that what I do is anti-feminist’, she admits.   “But most of my fans are women and my whole thing has been about finding sexual power rather than abusing it.”   Not just a pretty face: Dita’s business acumen has earned her millions

Agent Provocateur

Agent Provocateur’s new lingerie campaign sees women enslave men to attend their every whim…oh yes please!

According to the Daily Mail recently they wrote the following – Women take over the world (WE ALREADY OWN IT!!) – or at least the woods – in Agent Provocateur’s latest lingerie and swimwear campaign, The Call of the Sirens…

Starring flame-haired supermodel Karen Elson as queen of the sirens along with her blonde and brunette ‘sirenettes’, the campaign, staged in an mist-wreathed forest – depicts ‘a decadent world where women are bold, fearless and liberated and men enslaved to attend their every whim’, say Agent Provocateur.

In one frame, Karen Elson, wearing a tartan and broderie anglaise lingerie set and ribbed white suspenders, subdues a knight who lies prostrate on the floor; in another, the model pins a hapless male model to the floor with her stilettos while she’s crowned with a thorn wreath. Even more fittingly, one of the enslaved male models has the surname Slave. How Dickensian.

With recent news reports suggesting lingerie sales are bucking trends related to the economic downturn, this lavish campaign marks the beginning of another successful season for Agent Provocateur.

The firm last week reported that it was ‘going from strength to strength’ as British couples keep recession at bay in the bedroom.  The company’s total sales have grown by 8 per cent since the end of March last year, despite the increasing pressure on retailers elsewhere.

Chief executive Garry Hogarth said: ‘Agent Provocateur is going from strength to strength. Despite the challenges of the global economic environment, we continue to trade strongly.’

The Saturdays

Comic relief is now just a distant memory but The Saturdays single “Just can’t get enough” is still knocking about.  The girls stripped down to underwear, corsets, bras, knickers and suspenders and stockings to strut about provocatively for the pleasure of all.

She said: ‘McFly did a good job and got really involved when they released a song for Red Nose Day, and Dougie and I talked about it, absolutely.

‘We discussed how it’s normal to want to get involved with things, and give it your best. We feel the same and just want to do our bit.’
